How it all Began

The Fruit Pantry was started in 2010 and is dedicated in loving memory of Claudia Shields. After the passing of her beautiful mom, Claudia, from breast cancer, Christina started The Fruit Pantry with the hope that women and men alike could start eating healthier, even while in the workplace. Since there were not many healthy options out there for the workplace, Christina took a chance and opened up The Fruit Pantry. 

Since being established in June 2010, we have serviced countless "top 100 places to work" and Fortune 500 companies, along with many other highly awarded businesses. In February 2020, we expanded our office deliveries to include the Houston area.

Meet the Staff

 CEO & Founder Christina Knight has spent most of her lifetime in customer service-related jobs, which you will surely recognize once you become a client. Christina is married to a wonderful man, Stacey (without him, her dream of The Fruit Pantry would not have come to light). They have two sons, Justin, a successful Commercial Real Estate Agent, and Brennan, 5 years old, who was adopted at birth, and they both feel so young these days. Christina also actively finds homes for lost, hurt, or unwanted animals. When not at work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, traveling, and watching football (GO, COWBOYS!).

​Route Manager John Clark started at The Fruit Pantry as a route driver before quickly proving himself to be a natural leader. When not at work, John enjoys long drives down country roads, camping, listening to music, and playing a few video games.

​

Office Manager Holly Weston keeps us all organized here at The Fruit Pantry. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her young son and husband. She also loves escape rooms and cheering on the New England Patriots.

  Route Driver Amy Davis spent much of her time in customer service before coming to The Fruit Pantry. If you ever have a question, she will have the answer. When not at work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids, watching sports, listening to music, and catching up on a few TV shows.

​

 Route Driver Harry Riddle started as a route driver and quickly moved up to the role of operations manager. When not at work, Harry enjoys spending time with his family, including 12 grandchildren (can we say wow!). He and his brother work hard in the farming business.

 

Route Assistant Erich Gaino has been with us for quite a while. He helps routes get to their stops in a timely manner. When Erich is not at work, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with his long-time girlfriend.

Social Media Manager TJ Russell creates, schedules, analyzes, and engages with our social media accounts. When she isn't at work, she enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking, and traveling.

​

Administrative Assistant Sarah Houston is our newest member. Her bubbly personality is sure to be noticed by our clients. When Sara is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and other family members. She is up for almost any new adventure that life brings her way.
